Spend most of your life living in a Golfer’s Paradise…..Paradise? Yeah, I said it, I mean it. What’s a better golfer’s paradise than walking out your back door & stepping onto the 16th tee of the award winning elegance that is DeBary Golf and Country Club. Look no further! This is it, I’m the one. From the second you pull up you notice my double side-entry garage. Oh yeah, excited right? Come on in, wow, I’ll wait. Yeah, nice right? Straight into my formal living room, or maybe right, into the formal dining room? Did you notice the beautiful view of the pool through my oversized sliding glass doors? Did you see they recess into the wall so you can take full advantage? Yeah, love it right? To the left you are in the giant master, right to the other bedrooms, and back to the family room/kitchen combo? Into the oversized master. How about a morning swim in total privacy? The natural light shining through is impeccable. Of course, my vaulted ceilings help me feel even larger than I already am! Into the bathroom, pick up your jaw! This is a huge space complete w/ double sinks, garden tub, walk in shower, and separate lavatory. Did you see how big my TWO giant walk-in closets are? I bet you can’t fill em up! OK, I know you love it but there is so much more to see! Into the kitchen. Eat in space w/ a view of the golf course and the pool! Imagine the first cup of coffee as you enjoy the wildlife! Notice the gas cooktop? Oh yeah baby, we are cookin w/ gas! My modern exhaust can take care of anything you can stir up and what a beautiful backsplash and oversized pantry right? Did you notice my brand-new fridge and wine sink on the center island? Pretty sure you won’t run out of counter space either. And if that’s not enough, slap your google home onto the kitchen desktop and speak to the world! The kitchen bar, island, and wine cooler are pretty nice too. This place has had many championship celebrations, but it’s limited only by your imagination! Can you imagine Thanksgiving, parties, graduations, or whatever you want. Through the family room, hold on, did you see the 3rd set of oversized doors to the pool? Paradise right? But I digress. Through the family room, oh hold on, did you see the bay windows looking out to the course? Yeah, sweet. And no real threat of golf balls either as I sit right on the tee-box. This time we are really going back to the 2nd bedroom. Oh wait, did you notice the gas fireplace? I have so much to offer it’s hard to fit it all in here. Down the hallway, to the left the giant bathroom with oversized walk-in shower and a door to the back! Did you notice that each bedroom is on its own wing of the house? Perfect for guests, semi-private suites, or whatever else you need. I can be it! OK, back down the hallway. This bedroom is complete w/ it’s own bathroom. Next to that, the oversized laundry, keep going, you are in the garage! What a great layout. Let’s head out back. What a great pool/patio space right? Large enough for any BBQ or just sit and watch life go by as you enjoy the Florida Lifestyle. How about an evening fire pit? Make sure you bring the marshmallows! All this plus I have a new roof & A/C as well? Work from home? I have a separate private office too! Well for irrigation, natural gas cooking & fireplace, I am ready!
